This weekend, we are recommending our Bison Short Rib Pappardelle Pasta, created by Executive Chef Victor Bongo.

Fresh in-house made pasta noodles, pappardelle are large, very broad and flat in shape; most comparable to wide fettuccine noodles.  Paired with delicious, slow-briased bison short ribs, wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.  This flavourful medley is then tossed in a creamy Madeira demi-sauce.
