We travel to Italy for this weekend’s highlighted menu item, Chef Bongo’s Black Truffle Saccottini Pasta. This handmade pasta stuffed with black truffles is tossed in a light vanilla galliano cream sauce, served with sweet pea puree, & garnished with merlot micro-greens & pancetta. Vegetarian?
