Establishment Lounge has been fortunate enough to partner with Vancouver Foodster once again for the much anticipated Pancake Challenge! Chefs were invited to get creative in the kitchen and dream up a sweet or savoury pancake that contains at least 3 local ingredients.

Chef Bongo has, once again, created an original pancake masterpiece. Establishment Local Prawn Pancake consists of two chickpea flour pancakes, drizzled with local spinach purée and local Okanagan goat cheese crème fraîche, topped off with two B.C. Spot Prawns and a Fraser Valley Quail Egg, and finished with Canadian Maple Rye Whiskey Syrup, micro-merlot greens, and smoked sea salt.

This savoury Local Prawn Pancake will be available on the Establishment Lounge dinner menu from October 18-November 18 for $12.00. We can’t wait for you to try it and hopefully get your vote for best pancake creation!
