Judges Wanted!

Our mixologist has a conundrum!  He has been toiling with two concoctions, one being the Jameson Whiskey Sour; the other being the Makers Mark Bourbon Sour.  They are both very delicious, but which one is king?  Each handcrafted with precision and love, each has its own unique characteristics that stand out beyond the changing base alcohol.

We invite you to come in to Establishment over the next few weeks and be the judge.  Regularly $13/each, come on down and try them both for $20.

The RECIPE:

2 oz. Jameson Whiskey or Makers Mark Bourbon

0.5 oz Jack Daniels Honey

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.25 Rich Simple Syrup

Splash of Cointreau

Splash of Grand Marnier

2 Types of Bitters

…and some Voodoo!
